CASfm was created as a dedicated Service & Maintenance company, following the success of business partner Controlled Air Solutions Ltd, who for many years have been an industry leader in HVAC Installations, but needed to expand its Service and Maintenance division to meet the needs of their customers 24/7.

We will tailor our range of services to meet our customers specific needs by offering a bespoke service in line with their budget requirements.  That is why so many of our Projects are as a result of long-term client relationships and recommendations. For 30 years the Directors of Controlled Air Solutions Limited have been supplying, installing, commissioning and maintaining Air Conditioning & HVAC Systems.
